Was born on 12 June 1984. Completed basic studies in Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Pristina (2006). Also, finished post-graduate studies in Political Science at the University of Pristina (2009), in the field of European Studies. Since (2009), has been lecturing: Theory of European Integration, European Foreign Policy, Policy and Institutions of the European Union at the Faculty for International Relations and Diplomacy at ‘Iliria College’ in Pristina. Vice-dean at this faculty during (2014-2015). In (2012). Awarded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Kosovo, with the prize ‘The young scientist of the year’. In (2014) was awarded with a PhD degree in International Relations by the University of Tirana, in the field of International Territorial Administration. Since (2015) is a lecturer of: Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union, Institutions and Decision-making in the European Union at Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Philosophy in the University of Pristina. Since then, hi is departmental secretary of political science at this Faculty. He is also a member of the Council and Coordinator for Academic Development at this Faculty. Has published many scientific papers in international journals as well as participated in 12 international conferences and symposiums. This is his first university textbook as a co-author.
