Ali Mert Ipek is a PhD student at the Department of Political Sciences and Public Administration at the Middle East Technical University (METU) and a research assistant at the same department since February 2018. He has two Master’s Degrees from SOAS, University of London (Development Studies programme) and METU (Political Science and Public Administration programme). He received his Bachelor’s Degree from METU Department of International Relations in 2015.
